To fill grinder: unscrew and remove top knob, remove grinder head and pour peppercorns into the mill; when finished, replace grinder head and secure top knob
To adjust grind: for a fine grind, turn knob clockwise; for a coarser grind, turn the knob counter clockwise
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly; do not immerse in water
